Recharge with tasty café offerings, including hot breakfast sandwiches, fresh salads, coffee, smoothies, pressed juices, and more — perfect for hungry travelers and academics hitting the books.

As Cafe Manager, you are expected to:

• Managing labor in line with store benchmark/targets by coaching their shift leads.
• Completing and analyzing inventory values
• Forecasting sales and scheduling to meet demand while maintaining costs within
• budget
• Prepare bank deposits and verify deposit accuracy
• Ensuring Team Members hours worked are accurate and approved and uploaded
• for payroll.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, proficiently answering inquiries about food, beverages, and restaurant services
• Personally engage with dining customers to assess food quality and service, ensuring an exceptional overall experience
• Support the General Manager in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members, adhering to company standards
• Foster a safe work environment that encourages the professional growth and development of team members.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Multi-Tasking: Thrive in a high-pressure environment, showcasing the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Articulate communicator with a high comfort level interacting with both team members and guests.
• Additional Requirements: Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Able to work standing and on your feet for extended periods of time.
