InfraHire is looking for Stone and Wood Products - Project Manager in Atlanta, GATasks IncludeWork with the Sales Team on day-to-day basis to provide technical and product support
Work directly with clients to confirm technical details for natural stone and wood custom orders
Manage and prioritize sales inquiries for all custom orders (Price Request Dashboard)
Work with CAD Team to provide quantity takeoffs, BOQs, and drawings as needed for custom pricing
Work with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time for projects
Negotiate pricing with suppliers
Produce clear Itemized estimates for the Sales Team
Provide cost effective solutions when presenting pricing
Develop a more tailored presentation for presenting large custom projects to a client
Review and confirm project pricing, details, and lead time for stock and custom orders
Work with CAD Team to produce Production Packages for custom projects
Schedule templating for custom projects as needed
Control Sample Management
Compare POs, Supplier Proformas and Production Packages for custom order validation
Perform quality control checks for projects at factory as needed
Perform quality control checks for projects at receiving
Analyze workflow and processes and assist Director of Finished Goods with standard operating procedures for process improvement in all areas
Provide backup for Procurement as needed
Attend trade shows as needed
Strengthen supplier relationships
Work with suppliers to collect material specifications and limitations for Core Product Collateral
Work with suppliers to collect information regarding warranty, installation, and repair
RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of practical experience in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design or related Project Management field.
Strong leadership skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to develop excellent client relations and consultation skills.
Strong prioritization, project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, an ability to read and understand construction documents, a working knowledge of AutoCAD a plus, experience in Sales Force a plus.
