- Tridium N4 Software/Programming, Checkout, start-up and Commissioning.
- Tridium Certified, Honeywell Experience is a
- Fully understand sequence of operations as well as possess the knowledge to implement that sequence into programming logic
- Creation of station programming for small to medium, semi-complex building automation projects including writing programs, systems integration, and graphics Commission control systems and equipment in a safe and protective manner after manufacturer start up
- Work with third party commissioning agents to verify systems are complete and within job specifications.
- Properly tune PID loops, timers and setpoints, discover and configure BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus, and third-party devices
- Attend project turnovers from Engineering to Install & Software after approved submittals are received
- Review project documentation before and after turnover to become familiar with the project and to fully understand the deliverables
- Maintain service on projects through end of warranty period
- Maintain and organize all Software project documentation throughout the life of each project directly assigned.
- Ensure all documentation is completed to company standards and appropriately archived in the project folder
