Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Heavy Bid "HCSS" or related estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in cost estimation and budgeting primarily open cut excavation and installation of Water and sewer systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience as a Senior Estimator is preferred but not necessary
