- Interpret and analyze diverse kitchen layout floor plans to generate precise project bids.
- Lead a team of off-shore estimators, ensuring top-tier quality and accuracy in all estimation works.
- Present the thoroughly prepared bids to our sales team, explaining the details as necessary.
- Utilize your expertise to assess project requirements and perform take-offs from design plans.
- Collaborate with clients to re-engineer bids to accommodate specific needs and cost-reducing alternatives.
- Champion the value engineering initiatives to strike the perfect balance between high quality and affordable project costs.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating millwork and cabinetry projects, with a strong focus on kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops for multifamily housing
- Proficiency in 2020 Design and MS Excel to streamline the estimation process and the aptitude to swiftly master our estimating template.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a track record of guiding teams to successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid variations and value engineering opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of millwork and cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, and installation requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.
