Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry.
- Experience in overseeing all aspects of site operations for heavy civil construction projects, including site safety, quality control, schedule, and budget management.
- Proven experience in managing employees and achieving successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of earthmoving and grading techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, B2W, or equivalent.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable mode of transportation.
