Job Description: seeking an experienced person to work in the office and prepare Framing lumber & hardware material take-offs on projects for bid. You must have Construction experience and be able to read blueprints. Experience in Wood framing is required, additional experience in Metal framing is a plus. Experience using construction Software is required (On Screen Take off). Experience doing Framing hardware or drywall takeoffs is a big plus. You should have excellent communication and written skills. Speak English, be responsible to come to work every day (5) days a week. You must have your own transportation. Experience working with MS-Excel and MS-Word. A minimum (3) years working with blueprints. Prior experience working for a construction company is a plus. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of wood framing
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
• 3 years' of construction experience preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
