Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-energy individual who brings the desire to run a profitable and efficient parts department in the automotive, truck and aftermarket accessories industry. Previous experience and knowledge are required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Records sales and/or counter transactions using computer
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
- Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations
- Orders and monitors parts inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Participates in all job-related training and development
- Serves as the secondary point of contact for service repair matters
- Provides an estimate of time needed for repairs
- Performs duties requested by the Service & Office Manger
- Inventory Control
- Displaying and advertising merchandise
- A team player focused on providing excellent customer service
- Self-motivated
- Must have computer proficiency.
- Excellent organizational time management and communications skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Possess a valid in-state driver's license
