Full Time National Director of Fleet Operations - Utility Construction

The National Director of Fleet Operations is responsible for the overall management of the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the fleet, as well as planning for future needs. The National Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for fleet management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility construction and power delivery. They will also have a proven track record of success in managing a fleet of vehicles and equipment. The National Director will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as 15-30 years of experience in fleet management.

Responsibilities of the National Director of Fleet Operations include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel management
• Planning for future fleet needs, including acquisition, replacement, and disposal of vehicles and equipment
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for fleet management
• Working with other departments to ensure that the fleet is used efficiently and effectively
• Monitoring the fleet's performance and making recommendations for improvements
