Ideal candidates possess engineering project management experience, particularly in transmission lines, coupled with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, client coordination, and risk management.
You'll play a vital role in securing new projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and mentoring junior staff.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, and 7 years of relevant experience are required.
PMP certification or advanced engineering/construction management degree preferred.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel are essential.
