Infra-Rec is Hiring an EPC Substation Project Manager Near Vancouver, CO

 Seeking a skilled individual to oversee a variety of project management tasks with discretion and expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of projects, from conception to completion, across various sectors including engineering, procurement, construction, and program management. Duties encompass team leadership, safety management, quality control, cost monitoring, client relations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate multi-discipline project activities, fostering efficient collaboration and resource utilization.
  • Manage project communication channels and serve as the primary liaison with clients.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, bid processes, and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, control costs, and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and approve contractual documents.
  • Conduct project reviews and provide strategic guidance to enhance performance.
  • Generate new business opportunities through client relationship management and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members.
  • Uphold quality assurance and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
