Job Description:

As a Master Scheduler, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all projects or operations, considering dependencies, constraints, and resource availability.
• Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role, preferably in a project-based environment within pharmaceutical industry.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of project management software like MS Project or Primavera.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
