Infosys is Hiring a Product line manager-Healthcare Products Near Hartford, CT

Infosys is looking for Product line manager-Healthcare Products for one of their pioneering Healthcare product. As a ‘Product Line Manager’, you will be pivotal to creating the product vision and roadmap that is futuristic and meets industry and client needs. You will be responsible for maximizing the product and business value through continuous backlog management, prioritizing the backlog considering the needs and objectives of every stakeholder. As a thought leader in your business domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, sales demos. You will have the opportunity to shape the Infosys Helix platform that enables payers and providers to deliver better care.
Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Raliegh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • 10 years of healthcare with 10 years of product management experience. Expertise in more than one payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS.
  • Experience in Payer/ Provider/ PBM organizations
  • Managing product lifecycle from ideation, exploration, approval, development, implementation, execution, measurement, and ongoing development for Multiple products/ Complex product
  • Developing product strategy, vision and roadmap along with implementation, go-to market.
  • Diverse external stakeholders to analyze business viability, technical feasibility and user desirability.
  • Partners and performing build vs buy analysis (marketing, development, go-to-market etc.)
  • Diverse teams and providing direction on backlog prioritization.
  • Customer success on managing customer engagements and requirements.
  • Leading business pursuits and product demonstrations.
  • Agile Product Development Methodology
  • Desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring success of all product releases and implementations.

Preferred requirements
  • Experience in market leading healthcare products (key emphasis).
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in software product management roles.
  • Strong business acumen including experience in estimation and pricing, market research, and product strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and practices.
  • Excellence in Healthcare Domain Entities and their relationships.
  • Questioning Status Quo and Re-imagine/Re-define the healthcare problematic process areas
  • Imagine, design, and drive a rapid roadmap of improvements that guide the team towards new features and next generation experiences demanded by customers.
  • Own the Product Vision and Roadmap.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive for results and influence for impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
  • Strong analytical ability with exposure to data science and automation
  • Teaming/Collaboration - Demonstrates exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach to achieve results through influence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships with C level executives as well as senior business or technical leaders with the highest levels of business acumen and technical expertise.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
