Infosys is Hiring a Process Specialist Near Reno, NV

The Process Specialist executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from team, supports the Team Lead in training, daily review and escalation resolution with the objective to meet SLA targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys BPM.
Job Requirements
  • Supports the Team Lead by training people on process/domain as part of the growth plan to ensure high E-Sat
  • Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA targets.
  • Participates / supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides training / inputs on processes/business to the team in order to ensure delivery predictability.
  • Executes transaction processing in order to meet quality standards. Conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan in order to ensure adherence to process steps.
  • Handles / helps resolve escalations at the process level in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Reviews and validates the inputs from PEs and creates case studies/FAQs to capture tacit knowledge.
  • Participate in the ideation process and produces the documentation and trains the team on the reengineered process to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis.
  • Conducts training for the team in order to ensure right skilling.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience related to the job description.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and with business systems
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on their own
  • Strong administration and organization skills
  • Previous experience in a people management position
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work well under pressure
