Infosys is seeking an AWS Lead Developer position. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to teams; anchor Proof of Concept developments and support opportunity identification and pursuit processes and evangelize Infosys brand. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or Richardson,TX and be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

• At least 3 years of Experience working on complex Cloud based software projects, security, and open-source technologies.

• Cloud Technologies: AWS (Lambda/EC2/SQS/SNS/S3/IAM/CloudWatch).

• Big Data Technologies like Python (Pandas,Numpy, Dict,List)

• Experience working with Cloud DB/DW, like Snowflake/ PostgressSQL/DynamoDB or NoSQL databases like Cassandra.

• Efficient in Scripting language such as shell script, python

• Good understanding in Linux commands such as grep, top, nohup etc.

• JSON file structures and data processing.

• CI-CD toolchain, deployment, and monitoring.

Preferred Requirements:

• AWS-Glue, AWS-Kinesis

• Web application development, micro services

• Experience in GeoSpacial applications

• Exposure to Machine Learning projects.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for an extended period of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
