Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid - 2-3 Days onsite, 2-3 Days remote)

This is a hybrid position, must be able to train on-site and work 2-3 days a week in the office.

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are looking for a Warranty Management Support Specialist

• Supports the administration of warranty processes throughout the North American fleet
• Engages internal and external stakeholders to drive warranty topics forward (operations, finance, legal, engineering, etc.)
• Establishes warranty obligations for a given site or customer
• Ability to find solutions to complex problems
• Analysis and resolution of customer warranty claims
• Supports the drafting of warranty agreements

Required knowledge/experience:

• Contract management
• Customer facing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication
• Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office tools
• Team player and collaborator at various levels of corporate structures
• Interest and ability to learn

Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
