Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Pay Rate: $18 to $20/HR
Duration: 5.1 months
Location: Boise, ID
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5 PM Mountain time (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant
- Shipping material from Boise, ID site to various Client site locations.
- Log all tracking information.
- Contacting shipping location to verify contacts, materials received, etc.
- Packing, Auditing, Housekeeping, General Operational Team Support (e.g., re-supply of packing materials, box making, material movement via pallet jack, etc.).
- Assist with any tasks and directions provided by the Client Project Management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to maintain an acceptable level of productivity and team focus
- Report all equipment, orders, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member
- Interacts with supervisor, coordinators, inbound, inventory control, and outbound staff to reconcile open issues.
- Prefer candidate to be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a warehouse setting or shipping and receiving is preferred.
- Candidate must be able to work in a warehouse setting and stand, sit, squat, and walk for long periods, and can lift heavy loads independently.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented and organized, have good time management skills, and have high productivity.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
