Job Title: Production Operator
Pay Rate: $20.75 to $21.5/HR
Duration: 3 months
Location: Brandon, SD
Shift Timings: 3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday (9:54 pm to 6:00 am) | 2nd shift - Monday – Friday (1:54 pm to 10:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Follow established work orders and procedures to create batches of materials along with packaging finished goods
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
- Inspects, cleans, sets, and adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Monitors the quality of output to ensure the product meets customer specifications
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Manufacturing experience preferred, or other experiences which involve following detailed written instructions.
- Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment and maintain daily records for work performed.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, frequently move around, and work on feet for most of the day.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.75 - $21.50 per hour
