Job Title: IT Support Professional 1
Pay Rate: $20/Hr
Duration: 12 months
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are looking for an IT Support Professional 1

• IT On-Site Services Support for Generation Service Organization
• Work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and impact on their IT environment
• Work with vendors on service contracts to provide the best options for customers
• Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications
• Lead educational sessions and training offerings for generation service users
• May perform 1st and 2nd-level user help desk activities to resolve issues for high-priority personnel
• Develop user guides and instructions for specific application configurations and setup
• Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers can understand and follow
• Work with customers on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices
• Participate in regular Generation Service IT Status Meetings to understand upcoming IT changes, and facilitate implementation strategy to ensure alignment of business needs with IT requirements and minimize business interruption for Field Service
• Assist with the coordination activities for the Client's internal IT Support groups to support Generation Service personnel through IT systems separation and migration activities
• Gain a complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment
• Support change-release processes for the implementation of IT systems

Requirements:

• Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields is required
• Excellent communication skills written and oral, including presentation skills required
• Experience with MS Windows 10 Desktop Administration is desired
• Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired
• Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts is desired
• The candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and have the skills to tackle problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex.
• Candidate should have the ability to take direction and switch quickly between tasks.
• The candidate seeks advice and guidance from the Project Leadership Team or others for non-routine or other problem areas.
• The candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor.
