Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a medical/surgical setting. Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Assist with procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and suture removal
• Utilize electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth) to document patient information accurately

Candidate requirement:

Experience : 2 years Med/Surg/Tele

Certification's : ACLS , BLS, NIHSS

Must be EPIC Proficient
