Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the medical/surgical/telemetry unit, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor physiological parameters, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic life support and ACLS protocols in acute care settings.
• Utilize premium skills such as Epic proficiency and critical care experience to enhance patient outcomes.
