Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg/Tele team. As an MS/Tele Registered Nurse, you will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and detect any changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an MS/tele setting.
- VA state RN/Compact License.
-BLS, ACLS required.
