informXL, inc is Hiring a SQL Developer Near Tempe, AZ

informXL is seeking a SQL Developer to join our team. This role will be a part of the Development team, with a close working relationship with our Product, Services and Support departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, optimize and validate complex database queries, stored procedures, and user functions
  • Own and manage the creation, maintenance, and deployment of scripting for SQL databases, agent jobs, objects, roles, and security
  • Coordinate with Product and Support teams for logging and client deployment of databases objects, bug fixes and enhancements
  • Collaborate with Developers to compile scripting with installation/upgrade packages
  • Collaborate with the Product team to contribute to the technical direction and backend architecture for SQL objects, data models and schema
  • Serve as a fully proficient technical SQL resource for internal Product and Services teams. Responsible for escalated 3rd tier client support for SQL related tickets
  • Participate in frequent peer code reviews
  • Source control, track and document development efforts in Azure DevOps/GIT

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of T-SQL development or DBA experience
  • Strong command and expertise in SQL based ETL, logic, aggregation, code structure and database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, temp tables, indexes, cursors, user profiles, and user-defined functions.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Administration, versioning, instance deployment and database configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Homebuilding industry experience a plus
  • Azure SQL Managed Instance
  • Azure DevOps
  • Power Platform

Preference for applicants located in the Phoenix, AZ metro area that are open to a hybrid work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
