Pennant Operations Project Coordinator - Required Skills - MUST HAVES:

• Experience working with technical and business audiences of different levels.
• Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate and engage with team members on complex and difficult data driven decisions.
Ability to work remotely and use collaborative tools - e.g. Atlassian tools, Microsoft Teams

Pennant Operations Project Coordinator - Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling rooms, activities and prepping for Pennant Operations onsite meetings.
• Assist Sam B on meeting with Pennant Op and ISC team members to build out confluence/website documentation.
• Assist with creating/updating process flows and supporting documentation out of sessions with ISC and SRFS
• Prep process flows and documentation to be shared with the wider team.
• If possible, facilitate the discussions to create or refine processes such as the intake process.
Update existing JIRA tickets to reflect the new processes.
