Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and initiative-taking Events Industry Business Analyst (BA) who will operate as part of a centralized team within a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will join the CST Business Analysis team, which is responsible for Business and Systems analysis as well as back-office technologies servicing Informa Markets' offerings in Events Operations, Hotel, Registration, Event Technology, Customer Service, Media, Research and Training. The BA will be expected to present concepts and specifications to key internal stakeholders and obtain project estimates, which will then be relayed to delivery directors or managers. They will contribute to analyzing business needs and identifying requirements, validate compliance of business requirements in quality assurance, and business acceptance. The BA will be central to ensuring team capacity, identifying, and implementing a plan of approach with processes, policy, and emerging technologies.
