Job Title:- RN Case Manager
Job Location:- Salem, MA
Job Type:- Contract/Temp.
Duration:- 13 weeks
Shift/Hours:- DAYS – 12 HRS: 7 AM to 7:30 PM and Monday – Friday with every other weekend
Job Description:-
Conducting intake assessments with patients and families.
Ensuring that families feel sufficiently equipped and supported.
Developing individualized treatment plans that account for physical, financial, and other constraints.
Adjusting treatment protocols, as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:-
RN License - State of MA
BLS(AHA)
$HC=Indeed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work setting:
- Inpatient
Experience:
