Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the IT Asset inventory for currency and ensuring appropriate detail
• Being IT Asset Administrator to the ITAM tool and BAU operator in IT asset management
• Overseeing procedure adherence to the published process
• Escalating issues arising from procedure, process, and information failures
• Reporting on a regular or ad hoc basis, as needed, to departmental staff, senior management, and outside regulators

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5-8 years of experience in IT, minimum 3 years in IT Asset Management required
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle
• Previous experience in IT operation or end user support a plus
