Role: GIS Coordinator

Duration: 4 months (possible extension)

Job Description

• Oversees 2 techs 1 contractor
• Ensure systems and operations are running smooth
• Internally working on projects - Concentrated data strategy, broadband implementation
• Coordinating tasks in between projects
• Keeping up with service requests daily from the organization.
• Monthly updates for police dispatch systems, new streets/ developments, maps updated, getting them to dispatch partners.
• Must-haves:
• ARCGIS, Esri shop (suite)
• Microsoft Suite
• Experience w/ drone programs (certification for this is a plus)
• Familiar with GIS Programming
• Team lead exp, ideally 2-3 years.
• Gov. background ideal, not required
• Remote sensing within GIS
• Coordinating tasks in between projects
• Esri cloud solutions, connecting those with other cloud solutions.
• Asella for land use system, connected to Esri (understanding this concept that is helpful).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
