• Prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages for project support.
• Compile price proposals, financial reports, and relevant data to assess reasonable prices.
• Cultivate professional relationships with suppliers and assist internal managers in interfacing effectively with all departments.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations with support from the Central Contracts group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Thorough understanding of Supply Chain processes, including materials, procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance.
• Knowledge of contract structures, business terms, and conditions.
• Team player with strong motivation, multitasking abilities, and deadline management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Thorough understanding of Project Management principles.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
