Position: Senior Strategy Lead

Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid work (3 days a week onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

Responsible for organizing and driving key Technology Strategy initiatives. While each initiative will vary, they all will require planning, critical thinking, execution, communication and collaboration skills.

This role will include interactions with groups both inside/outside of the Technology Organization as well as inside/outside of client.

The incumbent must lead and direct collaboration with researchers, vendors and other stakeholders including industry peers and customers.

This role is an integral member of the Technology Strategy team who must perform a range of tasks as assigned and be required to think both strategically and procedurally, learn quickly, adapt to change, provide thought leadership and interact well with diverse audiences.

Experience:

10 years of professional experience is required; 8 years preferred in technology and/or utility industries

Project management and/or solution delivery experience is preferred

Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and/or other visualization tools expertise is preferred

Characteristics:

Is highly energetic

Is creative and thinks outside the box

Has superb PowerPoint / graphics design skills

Has critical thinking skills / is a logical thinker

Has experience leading / driving initiatives
