INFOJINI is Hiring a Network Technician Near Lawrenceville, GA

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months or more of professional level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale Information Technology environment.

• Minimum of 6 months or more experience working with hardware Inventory, Cisco Phones, Webex Systems, Zoom, Google meeting Apps.

• Proficiency in TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, or VTC systems

• Ability to perform troubleshooting, configuration, and restoration of services across multiple platforms.

• General understanding of IP and transport network topologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a Cisco network/Telecom Environment preferred

• Experience working with Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, and/or Rolm systems a plus

• Telecommunications systems administration principles

• Provide customer support for VoIP systems such as Cisco IP Phone end points.

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on systems

• Perform network and telecommunications system incident investigation.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, call

managers, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to County employees using various telecommunications and network systems.

• Provides technical support to County employees using Cisco VoIP end points.

• Coordinating with vendors and customers for VoIP phone installations or service break fix.

• Designs, configures, tests, implements, inventory and maintains a variety of hardware, software, peripheral devices, and systems.

• Monitors and ensures systems meet business and performance needs. Technical implementation of telecommunications and network infrastructures.

• Troubleshoot technical problems with the critical systems, servers and equipment within a 24/7/365 .Data Center environment, handling the more complex and critical problems. Responds to system emergencies as required.

• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
