We are looking for a Senior Sales Strategy and Productivity Manager to join the Worldwide Field Operations team in the Americas, reporting to the VP of Worldwide Field Operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing sales effectiveness programs that align with our regional business objectives. You will work closely with Sales leadership, Front-Line Sales management, Field Marketing, and other cross-functional departments to enable, coach, and drive results with customers and partners. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on the inner workings of our evolving go-to-market organization and the strategies, processes, and systems that drive it.
