Leasing and Administrative Coordinator || Contract || Onsite - Tallahassee, FL

Job title: Leasing and Administrative Coordinator

Position Type: Long Term Contract (Onsite)

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Interview Process: In Person

Skills Required:

  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Be able to pass a State of Florida criminal background screening
  • Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Be knowledgeable about the State of Florida government business practices.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand how to maintain confidentiality of records in accordance with Chapter 119, F.S., and Department policy.
  • Experience in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents.
  • Experience providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests,
  • Experience performing clerical functions and preparing correspondence
  • Experience receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and tracking tasks
  • Experience with agenda preparation and scheduling meetings.
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Experience with Adobe
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing
