Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in BIM-related technologies or software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, with a focus on BIM implementation and management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading BIM projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific BIM tools, software platforms, and their integration.
- Proficient in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, with an in-depth understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to create and manage complex BIM models, perform clash detection, and resolve coordination issues.
- Familiarity with laser scanning and point cloud data management for BIM integration.
- Knowledge of BIM-related programming languages (e.g., Python, Dynamo) and scripting for automation is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and compliance requirements related to BIM implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ability to articulate complex BIM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, schedule, and track BIM deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in BIM technology, industry standards, and best practices.
