ABOUT THIS POSITION:
As a Full Stack Developer at INflow Federal, you'll be at the heart of our mission to empower DoD customers with cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Your expertise will not only pave the way for innovative data management and infrastructure but also drive our commitment to data modernization and cyber resilience. This role is a unique blend of technical mastery and strategic foresight, designed for those who dare to transform data into actionable insights and groundbreaking solutions.
You will be an active participant in SAFe and Scrum development teams and meetings. The software developer will be responsible for developing and deploying custom solutions to the customer's enterprise environment.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Researches, designs, develops, tests, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
    • Analyzes user/business software system requirements and determines needs
    • Determine the functionality of an application and performs upgrades over time
    • Maintains documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures
    • Establish and Improve system monitoring while maintaining established security protocols within development, test, and production systems
    • Works under the guidance of the Scrum Master to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
    • Provides progress updates to Scrum Master and the team to ensure the management of any delivery risks or concerns
    • Works with the team to plan future sprints, define stories and estimate efforts
    • Works on a range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions, and processes
    • Designs, implements, and maintains application code on various networks
    • Contributes in all phases of the software development life cycle
    • Writes well designed, testable, efficient code
    • Ensures designs are in compliance with specifications
    • Recommends changes to improve established application processes
    • Prepares and produces releases of software components
    • Writes automated unit test cases and evaluation code quality using automated tools
    • Writes automated integration test cases and resolves issues
    • Supports formal testing and resolves test defects
    • Provides technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure questions
    • Aligns to the customer's strategies
    • Utilizes the customer's enterprise DevSecOps pipeline
Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other business-related field
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Expert with at least one language and desire good experience with several others (Python, React, Java, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of DevSecOps and software/application development processes
    • Experience building and working with container images (Kubernetes, Docker)
    • Experience with utilizing CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus
    • Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores
    • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve technical problems
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a small team
    • Experience with deploying to on prem/data center infrastructure
    • Experience using Jira and Confluence on a daily basis
Desired Skills:
    • Experience with ElasticSearch, GoLang
    • Experience deploying to RedHat Openshift Container Platform
    • Experience writing infrastructure as code (Helm/Terraform)
    • Experience with GraphDBs (Neo4j/RedisGraph)
    • Experience with Messaging Systems (NATS Jetstream/Pulsar)
Required Education and Experience:
    • 5 years of experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 6 additional years of experience in information technology.
