Current Registry with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy
One of the following:
- Completion of an Alabama Board of Pharmacy approved technician training program
- Registry with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy prior to January 1st, 2020
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 9 months of placement in position
Responsibilities
To provide appropriate training for Pharmacy Tech position which facilitates operational efficiencies by providing assistance to pharmacists through procuring, processing, and distributing information and pharmaceuticals.
