Role Overview:

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Client Success team, ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource allocation and overall success in meeting client needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Success Manager, various clients, offshore and nearshore partners. Success in this role will be demonstrated by supporting the Client Success team in improving client retention and satisfaction while supporting new business opportunities with existing clients.

  • Learn client processes to understand their business and business needs
  • Ensures compliance with client policies and follows ethical standards
  • Ensures client timelines are communicated and supports meeting these timelines in collaboration with Client Success team
  • Participate in client meetings, trainings, and huddles as necessary
  • Assists the Client Success Manager in the management of attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the maintenance of team rosters, changes in personnel and communicating this information within the Client Success team
  • Monitor and follow-up on performance trackers and assist with providing insights for continuous improvement and success stories
  • Engage in effective communication with department team members, clients, nearshore and offshore partners at multiple levels within these organizations
  • Assist with coordination of and participation in new hire training and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with nearshore and offshore trainers to ensure timely updates on credential requests, certifications and other tasks associated with onboarding new team members
  • Gather and assess EOS reports for teams, collaborating with the Client Success Manager to effectively communicate findings to clients
  • Review staffing recommendations and collaborate with Client Success Manager for implementation
  • Facilitate and contribute to the team chats to boost morale and foster a positive working environment

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or client support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects meet established deadlines and adapt as business needs require
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior Administrative and/or Project Management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
