Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Missouri City and Sugarland, Texas area. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess clients' needs, develop behavior intervention strategies, and provide ongoing support and training to caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficits, and behavioral goals for clients with autism.
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client data, progress notes, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. (Required)
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.(Required)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.(Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Preferred)

Salary:

$70 per hour
