Job Description:
We're looking for a hands-on Pool Construction Superintendent who thrives on overseeing projects from start to finish. While prior construction experience is required, specific pool building experience is not necessary. Based in Sun Valley, Idaho, you'll lead pool construction projects throughout the area, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We will also provide a company truck as part of employment to reliably commute from your home to Sun Valley daily.
What You'll Do:
Project Maestro: Manage the entire construction process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Site Boss: Oversee jobsite activities, maintaining safety protocols and upholding our meticulous quality standards.
Team Captain: Lead and motivate construction crews, fostering collaboration and problem-solving to keep projects running smoothly.
Client Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and ensuring their vision is realized.
Stickler for Detail: Ensure every aspect of pool construction meets our rigorous standards of excellence.
Organization: Handle essential paperwork such as contracts and permits with precision.
