Infinity Healthcare Management is Hiring an Unit Manager (RN/LPN) Near Elkhart, IN

Now hiring for Unit Manager to Join our TEAM!!!

**SUBSTANTIAL WAGE INCREASE**

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

  • Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Prepares and administers medications charts as required
  • Administers treatments
  • Consults with physicians
  • Communicates with director of nursing and staff

Job Requirements

  • Long term care experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in nursing in a long-term care environment
  • Must be a Registered Nurse or LPN in good standing and currently licensed IN
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
