We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. ```Duties```

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as cardiac catheterization or medical imaging

- Prescribe medications and other treatments

- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control standards

- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or memory care needs

```Requirements```

- Valid Autonomous Nurse Practitioner license in Florida

- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation

- Strong knowledge of current healthcare standards and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Spanish speaking preferred
