Infinity Dental Grandville is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Grandville, MI

Infinity Dental Partners is searching for an experienced, warm, kind, dedicated and fun Dental Assistant to add to our well established and technology driven Grandville practice. We focus on providing our patients total health and wellness by treating the cause, not just the symptom.

Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow doctor instructions clearly and respect dental office regulations. Our assistants must be skilled in providing direct and indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible and provide excellent comfort and care to our amazing patients. Experience with Dentrix, digital x-rays, Cerec same day crowns and implants is preferred.

Responsibilities

· Welcome patients in the dental office

· Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort

· Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed

· Sterilize instruments according to regulations

· Assist the dentists and hygienists through 4-handed dentistry

· X-ray Certification required

· Undertake lab tasks as instructed

· Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

· Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked

· Schedule appointments

· Maintain accurate patient records

Skills

· Proven experience as dental assistant

· Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

· Understanding of health & safety regulations

· Good computer skills

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Attention to detail

· Well-organized and reliable

· High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
