We have partnered with our client, located in Lenexa in their search for a Customer Service Administrator & Office Manager on a contract to hire basis.
Responsibilities
Managing the front desk, greeting guests and signing them in
Handling all inbound and outbound mailings
Handling coordination of large meetings, ordering meals for office lunches, handling preparation for office happy hours
Managing office supply levels
Assisting sales with requests for quotes
Package and sending marketing materials to new hires
Primary contact for building issues and working with outside vendors
Skills Required
Ability to work independently
Good organization skills
MS Office experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills
Education& WorkExperience
3 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager or similar position
