Essential responsibilities include:

• Generating analyses and reports related to the workforce to provide recommendations for senior and executive audiences
• Identifying and assessing opportunities to drive higher engagement, retention, development and efficiency across the workforce
• Quantifying the success of organizational diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
• Packaging insights from analyses into highly polished presentations for internal stakeholders and/or executive team
• Leading high profile people analytics initiatives and collaborating across functional areas
• Conducting primary and/or secondary research to identify required data to solve a given business question
• Overseeing build-out of tools/technology to help shape the people data infrastructure
• Developing functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within the operations
• Providing guidance and input to more junior employees in their analyses
• Typically works independently, receiving minimal guidance
• Tasked with solving problems of moderate to high complexity
• Little to no direct client involvement

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 or more years professional experience with quantitative analysis
• Less than 20% travel.
