Infinity Bh LLC is looking for a maintenance technician who will oversee the upkeep of our facilities. Individuals in this role will leverage their technical experience — from plumbing to carpentry to electrical systems — to ensure the continued stability of our operations. They will be responsible for performing building inspections, stocking inventories, and scheduling repairs. In doing so, the maintenance technician will solve problems and facilitate excellent conditions for our customers and workers.

Objectives of this role

• Build a strong reputation for Infinity and the property itself.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, and carpentry equipment
• Establish maintenance processes and procedures
• Improve cleanliness and sanitation protocols
• Address Residents concerns and fix problems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for stability and quality
• Grounds cleaning on morning basis
• Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, A/c repairs, plumbing and more
• Maintain inventory records.

Skills and qualifications

• HVAC Certification is A MUST. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR NOT WELL EXPRIENCED.
• Capable of lifting loads over 50 pounds
• Proficient with plumbing to fix potential drainage problems
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Stamina to stay active throughout the workday

Preferred qualifications

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed as we do have an oncall phone that rotate once a week between two tech.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems
• Comprehensive command of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Carpentry skills to address any facility structural issues
• Proficiency with electrical wiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
