Position: Junior Electronics Hardware Engineer
Location: Liberty Lake, WA

Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Electronics Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing electronic hardware components for various products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronics Design: Design and development of advanced power converters, inverters, and power supplies, from concept to production. Will be responsible for Analog, Digital, and Power electronics design. 
  • System Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis and simulations to validate and optimize designs.
  • New Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in electronics. Evaluate and integrate new technologies that enhance product performance.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the prototyping and testing of your electronics designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other system components.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Work closely with certification engineering team for certifications as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other hardware, firmware, and software engineers, to integrate power electronics solutions into overall product architectures.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports. Ensure that documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in electronics design.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as PLECS, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Schematic Capture using Altium.
  • Experience with PCB layout and design tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
