Infinitt North America is Hiring an Internal Projects and Quality Leader Near Phillipsburg, NJ

The Infinitt Internal Project Manager and Quality Lead (IQPM) will be responsible for Initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing of Internal and Quality (informatics) Projects. This role will manage audits, the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and act a Program coordinator for one or more key customers. The IQPM will lead, organize a cross functional teams to deliver projects that provide exceptional value to the company and enhance our ability to serve customers. The IQ Project Manager will be responsible for managing several concurrent projects following the INFINITT NA methodology (based on PMI) in a fast-paced environment. This role will be overseeing the portfolio of internal projects, providing expert knowledge, support, and monitoring progress, as well as reporting. This role is expected to provide strong leadership to promote best practices in managing interrelated project and programs to ensure successful delivery.

Principle Functions:

  1. Internal Projects 
    1. Initiate and complete internal projects
    2. Communicate project updates to stakeholders
    3. Escalation and resource coordination
    4. Work with other teams to identify internal projects and add them into the schedule
  1. Business Continuity 
    1. Update and maintain the BCP and scenarios
    2. Organize and lead the testing of the BCP
    3. Communicate BCP to management and stakeholders
  1. Security/Quality 
    1. Organize and manage internal audits
    2. Work with internal teams to remediate findings
    3. Maintain and communicate CAPAs and/or audit findings
    4. Policy and Procedure updates and coordination
    5. Maintain and review PAM list
  1. Program Coordinator 
    1. Implement and manage all projects or updates related to a key customer
    2. Communicate and manage customer expectations
    3. Follow the INA project requirements to initiate, implement, and close customer related project.
    4. Act as the primary liaison between INA and the customer. 
    5. Develop a complete understanding of the customer environment.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology, Healthcare Life Science, or equivalent
  2. 5-10 years’ experience working in a medical, pharmaceutical, or imaging environment including quality and/or auditing duties 
  3. Required, 2-5 years of project management experience at a minimum
  4. Required, Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  5. Required, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in either or both
    1. Information technology environment
    2. Healthcare/Pharmaceutical (RIS/EMR and PACS)

Essential Experience

  1. Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
  2. Proven ability to organize teams without direct management responsibility
  3. Excellent written communication skills
  4. Excellent organization skills and ability to perform under pressure
  5. Knowledge and experience of dental systems, equipment, verbiage, and workflows is a plus
