INFINITI of Greenville is hiring for an Automotive Service Lane Assistant / Valet Service Driver. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly with a smile
• Obtain customer and vehicle information to assist Service Advisors
• Help direct customers through facility when necessary
• Install vehicle PPE to maintain clean client vehicles
• Move vehicles around lot and prepare vehicles for customer delivery
• Perform Valet services to pick-up and deliver customer vehicles 
• Work with Service Advisor to monitor the progress of Valet Customers vehicle throughout the day
• Verify copy of final invoice, additional services, and cleanliness of vehicle before Valet customer reconnect

REQUIREMENTS:

• Driven to achieve exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Past experience in Customer Service
• Above average energy level
• Punctual and organized
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization

• Clear and clean driving record
• Smart phone with working camera
• Must be 21 years of age or older
