Automotive Sales Manager

Modern Infiniti of Greensboro is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team at our Greensboro dealership. The Sales Manager will successfully run a highly productive and efficient Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
  • Direct sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
  • Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.
  • Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
  • Displays, merchandise, and promotes new and used vehicles.
  • Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
  • Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Attending manager's meetings as requested.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding leadership skills which focus on treating employees with respect while helping them achieve their maximum potential.

  • Strong management skills with a stable work history.
  • This is a high-energy position!
  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience.
  • CDK and V-Auto experience a plus.
