Job Summary: Behavioral Aide

**Overview:**

Seeking a dedicated Behavioral Aide to provide support for children with behavioral challenges. You will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting positive social interactions, and fostering skill development.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide one-on-one support to children with behavioral challenges.

2. Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection.

3. Support classroom management and inclusive learning environments.

4. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.

5. Intervene in crisis situations using de-escalation techniques.

6. Facilitate activities to develop social and emotional skills.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

2. Experience working with children with behavioral challenges.

3. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
